Competitions and prize draws

Participation in the miavita contest is free of charge. No purchase or use of any fee-based service is necessary. Participants assume no contractual or other legal obligations towards miavita GmbH or other third parties. Only persons of legal age with legal capacity are eligible to participate in this prize draw. Multiple entries are not permitted. Employees and their relatives as well as partners of miavita GmbH and their employees are not allowed to participate. By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by the competition rules.

By participating, you expressly agree that your data and any entries (images, video and text) may be stored for the stated purpose, competition mechanism and used to notify you of prizes. By summitting the completed contest form, you agree that the personal data provided (name, phone, email, any uploaded images, video or texts) may be processed and used by the competition organizer and companies involved in the competition for the purpose of running the companies. You confirm that you have read and understood the privacy policy of www.miavita.ch/en-ch/privacy in full and have been informed in particular about how you can revoke your consent. You can revoke your consent by sending a short message to dpo@mia-vita.ch. The company does not sell participants data.

Eligibility to participate

Natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Switzerland can take part in the competition.
Employees of miavita GmbH, their relatives and employees and their relatives of the companies involved in the implementation of the competition, competition associations, automated services and other professionalised/commercial participants are excluded from participation.
Each participant may participate free of charge, with a valid e-mail address and phone number. No purchase is required.

Procedure of the competition

To enter the competition, follow the instructions on the competition announcement page. By participating, the conditions of participation and the data protection guidelines are automatically accepted.
Winning conditions: The conditions for winning can be found on the competition announcement page. As a rule, a random draw will be made from all entries received by the closing date.

Automatically generated entries and participants who carry out technical manipulations will be excluded from the competition and are subject to legal action.
The competition organiser and/or the companies involved in running the competition reserve the right to check the accuracy of the participants' data at any time when awarding prizes.

Prizes

Prizes are communicated on the contest page. Prizes will not be paid out in cash unless it concerns a cash prize. Winners are allowed to refuse and forfeit their prize. The competition organiser accepts no liability for incorrect information provided by participants or technical errors in connection with the decision to award a prize. The winner assumes responsibility for accepting the prize and bears all consequences of this acceptance. Any costs, taxes or other charges incurred in connection with winning a prize shall be borne by the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, or if the prize cannot be delivered to the winner within one week of notification by e-mail or phone, the prize will be forfeited without substitution. After entering the contact details, the participant will not be automatically informed that the data has been received. The participant is expressly informed that the prize will only be awarded after verification and confirmation of legitimate participation in accordance with the conditions of participation.

Storage and use of the data

By submitting the completed entry form, participants agree that the personal data provided (including their name, address, email address and any uploaded images, video and text) may be processed and used by the competition organiser and companies involved in the competition for the purpose of running the competition. Liability

The competition organiser cannot be held liable if participants are unable to access the competition and/or take part in the competition due to technical or other problems, in particular due to network congestion.

The competition organiser and the companies involved in running the competition draw participants' attention to the special features and limitations of the Internet and disclaim any liability for consequences incurred by participants as a result of connecting to the Internet via partner websites.
The competition organiser expressly reserves the right to amend these conditions of participation at any time. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition. Legal recourse is excluded. Swiss law applies exclusively.
